Pat handled a bank fraud issue for us (fraudsters conned the bank into writing very large teller checks) where the bank was being non-communicative, incompetent, and impossible to reach. He went above and beyond, offering both highly sophisticated informal and formal solutions to the problems. And he was able to get us completely restored.
