Abrenio Law was referred to me from my lawyer in another matter who was leaving private practice and couldn't help me. James jumped on my issue right away. Once he understood what was going on, he offered a straightforward flat fee. He dug deep into my case. He did interviews, record requests, and trial preparation. He found key evidence I wouldn't have even known to look for. As a result of his being thoroughly ready to go to trial and win, we instead went to court and prevailed without even having to present our case. I would recommend him wholeheartedly. Just an update to my earlier review, I ended up with an "oops" speeding ticket--not in a hurry, just lost track of the speed and ended up "tagged" heading into a local town. James negotiated a great deal to a "no points" infraction. So, yes, I paid a fine, but there won't be any points on my DMV record, and my insurance rates are safe from a possible hike. It sucks to get a ticket. Having someone who knows the laws, knows the options, and is willing to negotiate on your behalf is worth every penny. His flat rate structure is also amazing. You don't have to worry about getting "nickeled and dimed" for every photocopy he has to make, every email, or (the worst!) 15 minutes of charges for 2 minute phone calls.

I am so grateful for James Abrenio, I had a family that needed legal representation. James Abrenio was recommended to me by my brother-In law.
