Fantastic Attorney! First thing you will notice is Attorney Letnick is very personable. He communicates directly with you. I did not have to leave messages with his assistant, and wait for long return responses. Drop an email and questions were answered very fast. Something very rare to find these days. I found Attorney Letnick doing a search on improper lane change in Virginia on Google. He had a wonderful well written article on this subject. I personally was charged with an improper lane change after a car on 495 cut me off, and I slightly swerved to avoid this car after trying to first avoid him. The driver of that car did not pay attention to me honking my horn, and even slamming on my brakes he kept coming into my lane. I ended up tapping the car in the next lane then went into a guard rail full force. My brand new two week old car with temporary tags still attached was deemed a total loss as the frame was cracked upon impact. The driver who cut me off kept going. I have not had a ticket in over 20 years. I was shocked I received one in this case. Attorney Letnick’s repersentation of me resulted in a Nolle Prosequi verdict! I could not be happier with the outcome! I highly recommend Attorney Letnick for anything traffic related in the Commonwealth of Virginia as that is one tough state when it comes to traffic related tickets. Do not represent yourself under any circumstances! After sitting in the courtroom on two different days, two different Judges, those without legal representation did not end up with good results. Give Attorney Letnick a call! I also found him to be highly reasonable! His legal fees will pay off in the long run by my insurance rates not increasing or continuing to raise due to points that could have been accessed by this traffic ticket which carried 3 points! When I found out what I was getting charged with I of course got nervous. I have never had to hire a lawyer before. Like others I received his letter in the mail and his services we there in the open with the associated cost. No strings at all. Called him up and spoke with him directly. Told him my situation and got a few papers to fill out and email back. After that he took charge of everything. Handled all the court appearances with out me and everything. At the end of it all he got all my stuff done, kept in contact with me throughout all of it and I walked out with the best results (without getting to far into my business lol) Overall, very happy with this result and will be using him again if this ever happens again, without a doubt. This was not my first time in court with my ex over custody and other matters. Several moves and several attorneys later I discovered the Letnick law firm recommended to my by another attorney. My life would have been so much easier if I had Robert Letnick from the very beginning of my divorce and custody battle and not years later!!! Sometimes you need a strong attorney and pit-bull in your corner. Watching Robert Letnick in court is a thing of beauty. Long day in court is very stressful but not for this guy. He could quote the law and knew what to ask when as one step ahead and very prepared. Don't go cheap on attorneys, trust me. Learn from my mistake, get the best the first time. Jeremy was excellent. I just moved to town and did not know any attorneys. He sent me a letter and he represented me with a traffic violation case. He was able to get the charges reduced to my satisfaction and he will do the same for you! Also he's very quick with responses, deadlines, and promptly returns phone calls, emails, etc....

After receiving an 81/65 reckless driving charge while driving along I-95 South from the Pentagon to Fredericksburg Virginia I quickly realized how very serious this was about to be. Government job, security clearance, everything; I thought I was in real trouble. I must have received solicitation from approx 50 lawyers over the coming weeks.
