From start to finish of my case with Hawk Law ,Claudia Greves has been AMAZING!!!. I cannot recommend enough if you’re looking for someone who is kind, generous ,smart ,and on top of their game yet looking out for the best interest of their client. This was the hardest thing I had ever done and I felt very confident, reassured and safe going through this process with Claudia.

Honest, fair and sharp to the point advice.

My Girlfriend Hired Livesay and Myers for her divorce. The first lawyer she received said her case should take a two months. Three months later he quiet and she was given another lawyer. The new lawyer said she was briefed by the previous lawyer. But she continued to asked questions that had already been answered twice before and she had no knowledge of what the previous lawyer had discussed or done. so my girlfriend was now paying twice for answering the same questions again. Then that lawyer quite and she was given another lawyer she was now on her 3rd lawyer and it had been 10 months. She then complained and was finally given Johnathan McHugh who was very good and finally took of everything but it was 14 months by the time she finished on an uncontested divorce. I now needed a layer and I decided I would try to get Mr. McHugh because he specializes in Pensions. So I setup a consultation with him. Unfortunately I filed in Fairfax and he only works in Arlington. So when they called for the consultation and to collect the FEE I was told he may not be able to represent you in the courtroom because its in Fairfax. They then said if he cant I would need to pay a second consultation FEE for another lawyer in there firm. I said I didn't want to pay twice so could they just ask him based on all the information I gave them if the case could be moved to Arlington so he could take the case. They refused and said I had to pay for the consultation to find out and if he cant I would need to pay a second FEE to talk to someone in there Fairfax office. I find this very unprofessional to charge people twice for the same case there firm would be handling. If he cant do it then there Firm would still get the case just with a different lawyer in there firm. But this goes back to my girlfriend getting three different lawyers and no information being passed on to the next lawyer when they take over. Then having the new lawyer calling and Charging to ask the same question again and again that was already answer with the previous layer. I would stay away from this firm. I think they double charge when ever they can which in my opinion means they don't respect or care about there customers.

I was very pleased with the advice and support I received from Matthew Smith, Elizabeth and Rossy Membreno. They provided me with advice on how to proceed with a legal separation and a divorce. They were very professional, courteous and responded to my emails in a very timely manner even though I had moved to a different state. If I have any needs for an attorney in the future, they will definitely be the first I call.

Can't say enough positive things about this firm and specifically Emily Neuhasuen and her assistant Rossimar Membreno. I was referred to this firm for their exceptional reputation in family law and Emily and Rossimar exhibited complete professionalism and kindness at every step of the way. They walked me through a really difficult situation with kindness and understanding and they balanced the need for legal representation and protection while always trying to maximize their time and not create added costs for me and disruptions. They guided me through the entire divorce process and were extremely responsive and adaptive to my desires and specific needs and priorities as it related to the divorce agreement. I could not have asked for better legal representation and the results of my process show that. Hopefully, I'll never have to go through this process again but if I do, my first phone call will be to them.

Called to schedule an appointment; they couldn't manage to confirm my appointment, claiming my email and phone number were not valid; both of which are valid and working. It is obvious that they did not email me nor bothered to call. Did not bother to correct the issue and had no reservation, canceling the appointment. Not being able to set an appointment correctly speaks of the caliber of service and attorneys. The only thing that was important to them was to make sure they get paid prior to the call.
