I was rear-ended in 2015 by a driver who was uninsured, drove a vehicle not belonging to her, with a license plate belonging to another vehicle. Both vehicles were totaled and my car was driven into another vehicle in front of me. They changed their legal representation several times and changed my claims adjuster 6 times. Covid shut down the courts for two years. After 7 years since the accident, Mr. Curtis was able to guide the case to a successful conclusion without having to go to court. I found him very competent, professional, methodical, and knowledgeable of legal requirements in the handling of my case. He spent more time and effort trying to overcome the incompetence of the insurance claims adjusters and its legal representation. The insurance carrier finally provided a competent attorney and claims adjuster to settle the case. I was pleased with the outcome and feel Mr. Curtis had my interests at heart from the beginning.
