My experience with Mr. Yeargan was the first time I felt like a lawyer was actually useful in the outcome of one of my cases. I was charged with driving under a restricted license. He worked with me to get everything I could possibly need prior to the hearing. He was familiar with the prosecutors in Fairfax County. This meant that rather than taking an awful deal offered by the first prosecutor (a different misdemeanor charge), he continued the court date which resulted in a minor moving infraction with a $50 fine. Definitely worth the money as it actually felt like he changed the outcome of my case.

Attorney Yeargen has been nothing but professional, courteous and effective. He is knowledgeable and forthcoming. I have not had to chase after him for answers or information.
