As for my case, he was able to get my son's reckless driving charged(84 in 55mph) lowered to improper driving and I believe he was able to do that because of his expertise and relationships with the prosecutors and law enforcement officials. I had an excellent working with att Wilfred Yeargan. He defended my case (class 1 misdemeanor) and was able to undo the class 1 misdemeanor and worked out a very acceptable deal with the att general. In preparation to the trial he gave the right council, the steps I needed to take to maximize my chances of getting rid of the accusation.
