I hired this form to represent me in a possession case and I couldnt be more greatful of the outcome. The staff over the phone was extra friendly and helpful. Even my telephone confrence with Mr Nichols prior to even securing him as my attorney he was extremely helpful at providing me tips on how to help my case...all this before I even hired him! I called 10-12 attorneys and I knew I had to have them represent me. Though an outcome cannot be garunteed, their confidence in practicing law exceeds all firms that I reached out to. They treated me super well, like a buddy. And werent condescending or short how dealing with lawyers can be at times. Every conversation was extremely pleasent and reassuring. Though i had my ducks in a row on my court date I was still nervous , Luke made it light. Even when it was clear the prosecutor hadnt had her Wheaties that morning, he still had a smile on and ran me my options with confidence in his ability if we took my case to trial. I trusted in the firm I hired at that moment. And with little effort, Luke did his d**** thing in that courtroom you hear me? He had the arresting officer tripping over his words while on the stand but without intimidation or any kind of extras. It was just clear he knew what he was doing! The judge dismissed my case!. What a feeling!!! Highly recommended, i would most INDUBITABLY recommend this firm.

I was extremely pleased with the representation from Mr. Garrett Green in court today. From the minute I contacted him about my case he provided advice and step by step actions I could take to help my case. He was professional and was honest with the possible outcomes of my case. Most lawyers I consulted with were snobby and greedy. I’m glad I chose him, and in the end, I had the best possible outcome for my case. I highly recommend him! I hope I never have to use him personally again, but if I do, I’ll use him without a doubt.

You know, when ever you get a speeding ticket or reckless driving ticket, you mail box will be flooded. That is what happened in my case as well. You will find a lot more cheaper lawyers than him. But I always prefer the outcome. He didn't searched me for the case. i didn't get any letter from his firm. I have searched him to hire as my Lawyer. In one word, he is simply great. Though when you talk to him, he will say, "I am not gonna promise you anything", but I know that he knows what would be the outcome of the case. That is why I was never worried. I had got a General Reckless Driving (A.46.2-852) ticket with show up in the court. But he got me signed up with a waiver form, where I didn't even had to go to the court. And my reckless driving dropped to infraction, which is actually " IMPROPER CONTROL/DRIVING". Its not Criminal Misdemeanor but simple traffic violation. I wish he could have dropped that one too.:) Anyway, He is really good and great at his work. I would definitely hire him again if I do commit such kinda incident in future.

Luke Nichols and his assistant Dan are amazing! I found my self battling criminal charges brought on by a crooked auto dealership and hired him to start representing me around April of 2019 and had a Nolle Prossed case in August of 2019. He is very professional but VERY down to earth. I could tell he really took the time to get all the facts right and prepare the best approach to my case. The prices were very reasonable and a payment plan was offered. He's a genuinely funny and charismatic person and that goes a long way when dealing with prosecutors. I can't thank him enough for helping me get my life back and would recommend him in a heartbeat to anyone!!!
