I was charged with a driving too fast for roadway conditions after recently moving to Virginia. After searching the internet I found a youtube video by Nichols & Green, PLLC talking about traffic law. I did not hesitate to give them a call. They took the time to explain what I was charged with and the consequence this could have on my future...I'm only 23. I quickly started collecting all the documents and sent them their way. Long story short they were able to get my reckless driving charge to an improper driving conviction. I will forever be grateful for what Mr. Green was able to do for me. Please if you are ever in a similar situation don't hesitate to give them a call. They will fight for you!

My first speeding ticket my life ( reckless driving 91 mph on 65 mph) and I was very nervous and I got it during the long weekend where I don't have any contacts with attorneys and how to proceed with the case. I kept on searching in google and tried to call the lawyers but no one answered. I searched in youtube and watched the videos about the reckless driving where his law firm has explained about the seriousness of the reckless driving which is considered as a criminal case and would even go to jail. I called Green's office and left a voice mail. within 15 mins I got response from him and made me cool down. Even Mr.Garrett didnt stress me to hire him as my attorney. He explained me what needs to be done before my court date and asked me to call him only after my decision to hire a lawyer. I called him within 5 mins and hired him as a lawyer. He even invited me to come to his office to speak and made me comfortable about the case but didn't promise anything. Mr. Garrett just asked me the requested documents to upload online and was very responsible in answering my queries and guided me during the entire period. He called me after the court date and time and informed me that the ticket has been dropped to Infraction and just need to pay the fines and court fees. I am glad that I hired Mr. Garrett Green. The process is very smooth with Mr. Garrett and I really appreciate the way that how he handled the case. I am going to definitely recommend him to my friends and colleagues. I'm very thankful to Mr. Garrett .

Mr. Green makes it seem like he cares so much about your case and gives you a call immediately to discuss, but then basically ghosts you. He didn’t talk to me at all until the night of which he literally just told me to print my papers (driving course, reckless course, volunteer and a biography), which he read/looked over THE DAY OF THE COURT DATE. This was my first reckless of going 95 in a 55 in Arlington county, he was able to drop the reckless but it was still 20mph over which is pretty significant (simply just decriminalized the ticket). I know he’s experienced and has been doing this for years but not talking to your client at all until the night and day of, just doesn’t make you feel good especially since it’s such a stressful situation. For $1000, I think you can find better and cheaper attorneys to represent you.
