I cannot believe my case got dismissed. I had a previous reckless driving ticket and a few other traffic tickets on my record and my lawyer got my reckless driving case dismissed! I am beyond thankful.

I hope to never have to use an attorney for divorce again, but if I do, I will come back for representation by Alisa. What I appreciated most about Alisa is that she was upfront about everything and that even though she was prepared to be a bulldog if she had to be on my behalf, she was practical about everything. I believe she saved me a ton of money, by helping me to be practical about my divorce vs. acting on emotion. She was thorough in explaining the process and my rights, responsive to every question or concern I had and approachable. My worries and fears were greatly reduced because I knew I was in capable hands and that she would not allow the ex and his counsel to railroad me. I highly recommend this practice overall and specifically Alisa.

Joseph did a great job in my traffic charge of holding a phone while driving. He got it reduced to fail to pay full time and attention which does not carry points. He was very professional and spent time explaining the possibilities. His recommendations helped my case and he is very affordable. I cannot recommend this law group enough! I foolishly waited until the last minute (5 days prior to my court date, also labor day weekend) to contact them regarding my reckless driving charge. Ryan was on call that weekend and answered my call on a Saturday agreeing to take me in as a client, which I was very thankful for. John then represented me and my mother at court (confusing case where my mother was incorrectly charged though she was innocent). Throughout the whole experience, the expertise and legal advice given by John and Ryan kept me calm and confident. Due to the ticketing error, my charges were dismissed completely. I strongly believe this was because of John's suggestion to continue the case on a later date, and his deliberation with the public defendant. Also, the cost was much less than I expected :) I am positive that the outcome would have put me in some trouble without them. I am incredibly grateful for this firm, look no further!

Thanks team for the help! I got a reckless driving ticket while passing a car driving way below the speed limit and was in a rush to bring kids home after long day so I passed the car by going over double yellow lane below speed limit on long empty road on other direction and the car turned out to be cop car and got reckless ticket! The team was professional and rate was reasonable we had to go for twice since officer and prosecutor did not agree to drop the reckless charge first time (even though I have good driving record even took 2 classes before the court to show my willingness to improve) , I went in person for second court date and David convinced the prosecutor and was able to reduce the charge for improper lane change despite the officer did not agree to do so. We went in to present the amendment to the judge, judge asked if I accepted the amendment I said yes then just like that the Reckless charge was reduced to improper driving! What a relief!! Thanks a lot team! First time getting lawyer in my life! Very satisfied and Can not recommend you enough!

Nova Defenders were awesome. I had a simple speeding case that I wanted to fight. It was the first driving ticket I’d ever received.
