This firm delivers in regards to the promises it makes, I had a reckless driving charge in Fauquier County by going 20+ over the posted speed limit, I followed the directions the firm gave me and they delivered me a dismissal with court costs. TWO THUMBS UP!

Mr. Yoon has represented me in couple of cases and has always been successful in getting me my best outcome for my cases. He has always been available wether via email / text / or phone call. Extremely impressed by this Law Firm. Everything was very cut and clear from the start. I was able to speak with someone first phone call and had everything planned out within 10 minutes. Highly recommend if you would like your process to be smooth and successful! I am not from VA and had called multiple other Law Firms trying to get someone to take my case (class 4 misdemeanor). I had waited for call back that either happened after I called back, or did not happen at all. This one stood out the Best, Hands Down because I did not have to go through that process. The retainer was less than many others I had contacted as well. Also, my case was dropped and they called me back with the news, as well as an email. 10/10.

I needed representation last minute for a reckless driving charge so I contacted this firm, I was shocked and happy that they were happy to accept my case so last minute because I had court the following week. It's been almost 4 years since I came to the US, and I've been driving ever since. This was the first time I've been faced with a traffic offense. I contacted several people to get an opinion on my case, but I did some research on Virginia Traffic Lawyers and found the Nova Defenders to have been the perfect law firm to work with depending on my case. I called them shortly after, and Mr. John Sando of Nova Dependers was able to help me through the first steps of figuring out my case. He clearly instructed me to take an online course and submit some documents that were needed. Thereafter Ms. Mevish Khan (Para Legal) helped through what was left of the case at a very professional manner. Finally, thanks to them, my case is marked to be dismissed at the submission of the court fees and an original certificate of the online course. I truly thank everyone that was involved in making my case a successful one in the end. I'm incredibly satisfied with their services and am so thankful for helping me keep my drivers record clean. PS: After 2 months I would like to take this opportunity to give my great appreciation to Mr. Ben Schaefer, who was my Attorney represented me in my case. My case had been marked for disposition by the courts on 7/26/2022 under his legal representation on behalf of me. Initially disposition review had been postponed to 10/3/2022 by the courts but bcz of Mr Scaefer's early submission of my documents the courts had been dismissed my case on 8/15/2022. I just contacted him and he explained all the details in very professional way to me. I'm really happy about my Attorney Mr. Ben Schaefer and I take this opportunity to appreciate his efforts again and I would like to convey my warm regards to the Nova Defenders team.

I am very pleased with outcome of my case. My charged were reduced to almost nothing. It was great as Arlington county courts are very strict. I interacted with four of S&R team member at different times. I was amazed how they were able to quickly get answers to all my questions and also tell me exactly what I had to do. I followed all that and it worked!
