I had a reckless driving charge that I was extremely worried about. Due to COVID my court date was changed, and it was coming up sooner than I expected. I got in contact with Mr. Alex Gordon about 5 days before my actual case. I was relieved with the way Alex was always available for any questions I had, even through the weekend. When Alex was not available, the receptionist (wish I could remember her name) was able to answer any questions I had at the time. My court case came up, and because of Alex’s close attention to detail, I was able to be found Not Guilty of a charge I was expecting to have serious consequences for. I highly recommend this firm. Absolutely awesome! I was coming home from work one night and came upon an accident where a car had ran off the road and emergency vehicles were on scene. I stopped at the scene but was confused as to what to do next. I drove into the next lane to pass and was stopped by a police officer. I was charged with passing/overtaking an emergency vehicle which is a misdemeanor reckless driving charge. Knowing that this charge would be detrimental to my record, I needed a lawyer. I researched and found The Gordon Law Firm. I appeared in court with Alex Gordon and under cross examination, the officer admitted that no sirens were activated when I passed (siren activation is key to being charged with said violation). My charge was dismissed!!! I couldn't be more happy with the outcome and the professionalism this law firm showed. They will work to achieve the best possible outcome for a reasonable price.
