I am beyond pleased with the representation I received from The Gordon Law Firm. I was charged with Reckless Driving (85/55) in Fairfax County but Mr. Gordon was able to reduce my charge to a just speeding ticket (74/55, small fine, no criminal record). As an out of state driver (PA), I almost fainted when the officer told me I could go to jail for this charge. I had no idea VA driving laws were that strict. Reckless driving is a Class I misdemeanor, the same class as possession of marijuana and assault and battery! I am a Registered Nurse so having a misdemeanor on my record would wreck my RN licenses that I have in 3 different states. I definitely needed legal representation. If you receive this charge, you need representation too! I strongly suggest getting a lawyer from the country you received your ticket. They will have better rapport with the judges and persecutors in that county, which in turn can help your case. I chose Gordon Law Firm based off their great reviews (Yelp, Avvo, Google), their kindness during my free consultation, and their reasonable price. From the legal assistant (Vanessa) to both Mr. Gordon and Mr. Wall, everyone was patient, thorough, and attentive to my needs.
