I hired attorney David Ashe to represent my SSDI case. He promised to win my case but his promises were empty just like his work ethics. A few weeks before my hearing he realized that he doesn't have some medical records and advised me to take care of it myself. I tried my best and was able to collect paperwork for him. Basically, I was doing his job. At the hearing, Ashe asked ALJ to postpone hearing due to his incompetence to get more medical records. Needless to say he lost my case. His medical records had a lot of inconsistency which is a big no in any SSA cases. The problem with David Ashe is that he is not willing to fully devote himself as needed trying to have easy way. I am very sick and have been out of work for 4 years. He failed me big with no regrets. I left negative feedback on AVVO website and right after he wrote me email asking to remove the truth I wrote. After I refused removing negative feedback for him I notice 4 positive feedbacks about him all in one day. What a scam. Obviously, he posted feedbacks himself. This man has no dignity!!!

About a year and a half ago, my parents got rear ended by a distracted driver. Their car flipped twice and my parents got injured. They both ended up in the emergency room. One of them had a broken rib, the other one had a lot of big bruises, including a golf ball sized swelling on the head. Their car was totaled. They had never been in an accident like this before and had never even considered suing someone in their lives. For that reason they and I were extremely hesitant to even look for a lawyer. But with my brother’s insistence we started looking for a personal injury lawyer. Based on the reviews we saw on this website, we decided to reach out to Ben Glass Law. We initially met with James Abrenio. I joined all meetings and conversations to help my parents as their translator and supporter. My parents really liked James because he was very rational, honest, and straightforward. He didn’t promise that our case is worth a lot of money but he also said that we have been wronged and that we should get some compensation for what we went through. He was very helpful in explaining the details of the contract we were signing because my parents were worried about hidden clauses. But there wasn’t anything hidden. James openly answered any questions we had, without ever pressuring us for anything. Eventually my parents decided to sign on and go forward with Ben Glass Law and we have been very happy ever since. Over time we worked with Brian Glass as well as Jennifer Lee. The whole team was great. They eventually negotiated a settlement for us for an amount squarely in the middle of the numbers they had initially given us as the potential true value of our case. They also helped us get a big portion of something called MedPay, as a courtesy. Hopefully we will never need a personal injury lawyer again. But if we do, we will certainly come back to Ben Glass Law without hesitation. I would also like to mention Tammy Highline. She was fantastic; super organized and communicative. She made a lot of things run very smoothly, which we greatly appreciated.
