Ben and Audrey were definitely so pleasant to work with, thanks to their professional advice I was able to continue back on disability after losing my benefits, struggling with different injuries sometimes you can’t rely on doctors but having an attorney at your side from the beginning was definitely helpful. I didn’t realize that my Physical therapy clinic is in the same building as Ben’s office and they have a table with their newspaper in the lobby, along with free masks & teddy bears. One day I wasn’t feeling well since I’m in pain physically and suffer from migraines and seeing that made my day! Not only for the ones who need a mask or but when I took that teddy bear, it made my day and felt better! :) I couldn’t be more thankful to have had such good experience! Thanks again!!

I'm grateful for the opportunities I've had to work with Mr. Ben Glass and his staff. They truly care about the needs and well-being of their clients. A few years ago I had the pleasure of consulting with Ben about my disability insurance. He gave me great advice, explained the legal documents and how the disability policy worked, answered all my questions (even follow-up questions after our initial consultation meeting), and calmed my nerves. Ben is very experienced, knowledgeable, responsive, friendly, and approachable-he made me feel at ease and listened to all my concerns. He cut through some of the details that were overwhelming and confusing to me and related them to me in a practical, reasonable way. Recently, I needed some legal advice (unrelated to my disability insurance) regarding a mortgage refund. Susie is invaluable-very professional, responsive, courteous, accommodating, and highly efficient. She had me scheduled for a complimentary 15 minute phone consultation with Ben that same week. I spoke with Ben about the legal issues I had. I felt very relieved about the situation and what steps I needed to take by the end of the phone call. Excellent excellent excellent service. Never dealt with a law firm that was this responsive and this fast. Very courteous and informative. I’ve had awful experiences with lawyers and it definitely has given me trepidation in regards to lawyers but BenGlassLaw really changed my outlook single handedly. I became a VIP member of Mr. Glass from researching a car accident the other driver was at fault. Virginia has a stupid contributory negligence law, which I was caught up in. I ended up going to court 5 times and each time Mr. Glass was there for me to offer advice without charge. He kept me calm and focus. In the end, I won my case and beat an experienced attorney and Virginia's stupid contributory negligence law. I can't give enough praise to Mr. Glass. About 10 months ago, I encountered a dog bite when selling insurance products to homeowners. I found Brian Glass through Nextdoor.com and it was an absolute blessing. Brian is very easy to talk to, he communicated patiently and effectively with me and was able to guide me through the entire process. I have worked with many attorneys in the past throughout my career and I can honestly say he is one of the best I have ever worked with. He was able to go above and beyond in resolving my case and I was very happy with his work and knowledge of the law. I will refer him to all of my friends and colleagues. A stand up guy and a true professional!

UPDATE- 9/6/2020- Absolutely no surprise here- but they WON my case for me!! I hired the Ben Glass Law Firm to handle my long term disability case. Ms. Olivia Adubofour has been assigned as my representative and I have been working with her exclusively as she gathers information for my appeal. I have not spoken with anyone else at this firm this far, but Ms. Adubofour is a stellar representative of this company. She is extremely personable, yet very professional and thorough. Her organizational skills and attention to detail has been impeccable and working with her has been very comforting in this difficult situation of dealing with my benefits being denied. I had been worried about details of my case getting lost in translation, but she has put me at ease with her outstanding skills and follow through. While the outcome of my case may remain to be seen, I have been so happy that Ms. Adubofour is just a phone call or email away to help me with any questions I have. As a previous long time businesswoman in many facets, having an employee such as Ms. Adubofour on your team, representing the company that carries your name, should be comforting to Mr. Glass, and his clients alike.

My wife is disabled and was receiving disability check from Cigna insurance. In April we received a letter from Cigna that they will discontinue the payment claiming that my wife was able to go back to work. This was after the Neuropsychologists that they hired said she was not able to perform the work she used to do. I spoke to several lawyers, but no one was interested in taking the case (due to small amount of monthly check my wife was receiving). When I called the Ben Glass' Law, I spoke to Olivia and she was very informative, knowledgeable and helpful. She explained the entire procedures and possible outcomes in plain English and kept in regular contact with us during the entire process. And their great work payed off and my wife won the appeal.
