I called Ben Glass law to get a stay put on a case because I was being deployed to Afghanistan in less than a month and they told me they would take care of the case pro bono because I’m in the military. Not just putting a stay on the case but the ENTIRE case. I was incredibly surprised and relieved to know that my case was being handled by James while I was away and that I wasn’t going to be in debt when I came back. Not only did they take care of the case pro bono but they got me a great settlement as well. Much less than I was even hoping for. I got constant updates about the case and James dealt with literally everything. I could not have asked for a better experience or outcome on the case. I will def be coming to Ben Glass for all my future legal matters (which will hopefully be none). Brian Glass came highly recommend to me by a former co-worker of mine, who was a former client of Brian Glass. So, when I was injured in a car accident in Feb 2017. I decided to contact Brian and asked him a couple questions and advice regarding my personal injury case. He was very straight forward and gave me some great advice. Sometime later, I started the leg work on trying to pull all the information together to try and settle my own case with the insurer’s insurance company. It soon became a difficult task and there were so many questions in my head on how I should deal with the insurer’s insurance company on settling my claim. Since I was only a month and half away from the time period to file a claim. I reached out to Brian, after speaking with him for a few minutes. He remembered speaking to me about my personal injury case a year ago. I was impressed that he remembered! He jumped right in and told me since the deadline was approaching fast to file my claim. He would file the paperwork with the court before the deadline. Brian kept me informed during the whole process and explained in detail what to expect. I also appreciated that he did use a lot of legal jargon that I couldn’t understand. Some lawyers can come off across as being snobbish. But I found Brian to be very personable and easy to talk to. Hands down, Brian Glass is one of the best, Personal Injury Attorney’s out there. I would highly recommend him to anyone who was looking for an excellent personal injury attorney.

Ben Glass is an amazing attorney! I’d recommend him to everyone. He’s great at his profession. I spoke to multiple lawyers before he finally took my case. He let me know exactly what he needed from me and what the possible outcomes could be regarding my case. So, I knew exactly what to expect from the very first consultation. In my case, we did go to trial. But, he had me come into his office a week prior to the court date, went over every detail of the case again, and also prepped me for the hearing. I walked into the court room confident that there’d be no surprises.

A few weeks ago, Ben Glass sent out an email exhorting people to buy more car insurance. He said that when he looks at their insurance, most people don't have enough to cover the claims. I looked at my policy and saw that I was well below the million dollars in coverage that he recommended. After consulting with one of the attorneys on staff, I called around to get quotes from several companies. I found one that fit my needs. After my accident, I wasn't sure what I should or shouldn't do. I was confused and alot of the paperwork and phonecalls were overwhelming me. I found Brian Glass through some internet searches and am glad I did. Brian is very helpful and communicated patiently and effectively. He always took the time to call/email and tell me what my options were and always gave good suggestions. He was able to go above and beyond and resolve my case given my circumstances. Total waste of time. I did all of Kirby's work then doesn't want my case because I'm disabled from a previous accident from 2014. (PREXISTING INJURES HE SAID)My new injuries are from 11/23/2018 car accident. Horrible plus he had a paralegal tell me that he wasn't going to represent me through email. What a cowardly way of communicating.
