Great Advice, Customer's Best Interest is Paramount My wife’s car was hit hard in the rear while she was waiting for the light to turn green; her car totaled as she was thrown to the other side of the road. Although the insurance company compensated fairly for the car, we knew their initial offer for the psychological trauma, pain, time lost, and other issues caused by the accident wasn’t fair. James did a fantastic job in representing me for a Reckless driving charge (Reckless by speed 92 in a 55). He helped me prepare all the documentation, explained how it would go down, and even reviewed dash cam video of the incident. As I'm a non citizen on a work visa, a reckless driving conviction would have severe impact for my stay in the US. James did all the groundwork in understanding my situation, advising me along the way. He managed to bring it down to a regular speeding ticket (85 mph with $250 fine)! Thank you James! I Couldn't Have Won My LTD Appeals Without Ben Glass Law! Having debilitating physical limitations that left me unable to work and having my long term disability benefits terminated twice in two years has been very difficult and overwhelming, but though this whole situation, Ben Glass Law has been a silver lining for me in that dark cloud and I am so thankful to have retained this firm. I would recommend Ben Glass Law without reservation to anyone in need of an excellent ERISA attorney. I suffered a TBI in June of 2012 and tried to go back to work but it has proven to be too difficult. Knowing I was going to be filing a STD claim with an eye towards LTD, I decided to get an attorney involved at the outset. Ben and his crew were very helpful and very approachable.
