I would like to once again thank Tammy Hineline and Lisa Derco for their patience and expertise when working on an auto injury case for me. They both went above and beyond when even after my case was closed, I called to get some guidance on how to handle an invoice that came in after the fact. They were great and worked with the doctor's office to get this resolved quickly. They never once complained or said they wouldn't help me. After searching the Internet, I decided to contact Ben Glass Law firm to help me with my long term disability (LTD) insurance denial appeal. I am happy to report that I am glad I did. Even though I am not located in VA distance was never an issue. The details relating to the insurance company’s denial were handled promptly and professionally via telephone and e-mail. They achieved the primary goal of restoring my LTD insurance coverage and did so with a high level of skill and professionalism.

Can't say enough about Ben glass law and especially Jennifer Koprowski. I called just to ask questions about my short-term disability and check into some issues I was having. They answered every concern, checked in on my progress, followed up,Jennifer was the greatest person to talk to about it all. The Ben Glass law team went over my paperwork to help me appeal my Long Term disability decision. This was all done FOR FREE. When I got information together including a Functional Capacity Evaluation, I sent in the information to the law firm to see if it would be good for the appeal. They looked at all the information I was planning on sending in and said I had a good case. If you are appealing a case, get the FCE!!! It is expensive, but well worth all of the information that it provides the medical board. Then send it all in to Ben Glass law, they'll let you know if you have a good case or not.
