I work for a Health Law firm in Virginia, and I recently read Ben's "Renegade Lawyer Marketing" at the suggestion of a colleague and friend to our firm. Ben's strategies that highlight marketing information that proves valuable to potential clients who are experiencing legal challenges grabbed my attention, and I wanted to learn more after finishing the book. I reached out to the firm via their website to request information and was immediately provided two downloadable books on the matter area for which I had submitted an inquiry as a potential client. I then received a text from a specialist at the firm with a very sincere follow-up and acknowledgement of my interest in information on the matter of concern. I was impressed that the firm's system for attending to the needs of potential clients was exactly as described in Ben's book. I confessed to the specialist that I was actually interested as a professional in the industry in gathering more details about Ben's system. I was immediately provided with additional resources that would benefit our firm whose founder is particularly attentive to the client experience in contacting our firm with questions. I felt heard, I felt valued, and I believe that the legal industry needs more leaders like Ben who are able to link arms with other professionals to create an industry that educates and shares information so openly.
