Earlier in 2020 I encountered an issue that required a chapter 13 bankruptcy. I was fortunate to find Nathan Baney. Molly Garrett and her team are amazing! Molly helped me navigate a two and a half year divorce after an almost 26 year marriage and I couldn't be happier with the result. Our trial may have been delayed due to COVID, but Molly and her team never stopped working and we reached a settlement a week before trial. I am happy with the custody agreement, the property agreement and the support agreement. Molly and her staff were worth every penny (and my ex paid most of those pennies!)
