As an attorney and colleague of Shirley's, I have seen first-hand how hard she fights for every client. She treats her clients the way she would want to be treated, with compassion, dignity and respect. She has incredible attention to detail both in her trial preparation and during trial. Any attorney who underestimates her abilities will learn quickly that is a big mistake.

I hired Shirley to represent me in a protective order case, and I couldn't be happier with the result. It's not the outcome of the case that compels me to write this review, but rather, the fact that this case was particularly complicated and intertwined with my divorce case. Shirley did not represent me in the divorce case, so she took extra care to learn the particulars of that case in order to be well-prepared for the protective order case. These types of cases are extremely stressful, but Shirley helped to ease my anxiety through her calm, professional demeanor and her caring attitude. No attorney can promise an outcome, and Shirley didn't, but she did make sure that I fully understood all possible outcomes and the implications of each. I hired Shirley after going through a terrible experience with another attorney who made my situation 10x worse and simply didn’t care. I knew after my consultation with Shirley that she was going to represent me well, and she did. We did not go to trial but I'm almost positive if we did, she was going to fight for me. Shirley was always available and responsive to my emails and calls. She even took the time to review my discovery which was incredibly daunting and time consuming because it was so long. She is very honest and will tell you if your requests are unreasonable, WHICH I REALLY APPRECIATE because you would be surprised at how many unethical attorneys are out there. She's very professional and wont drag minute things out just to make money. If you care about cost and need a high-value lawyer that is has a reasonable hourly rate and is honest about their billed hours, Shirley is for you. She served as excellent counsel as she was incredibly patient and thorough in working through the unique circumstances of the case. My mom is a drunk and her ex-husband is a loser that abandoned his family over 10 years ago to live in Korea and paint pictures of flowers and mermaids. I needed Shirley to help resolve their divorce in my mom's favor to ensure my mom didn't end up with nothing in the settlement, thus forcing her to live in my house with my family, which would have been an absolute nightmare. Shirley was a savior and worked with me to assist my mom throughout the entire process that ultimately resulted in a favorable settlement. She was caring when needed but ruthless when it counted. Shirley was truly incredible all along the way! When I get divorced due to problems caused by the trauma of dealing with my mom for the last year, I'll be sure to hire Shirley (just kidding, I love my wife)!

Shirley Chim is amazing. I went to her during an unusual situation and from the very first conversation I felt comfortable. She is professional and very knowledgeable. She is extremely honest and will let you know exactly what could happen so you are not in the dark at all. When ever I called or emailed to ask a question I always received a response by the next day. I would definitely recommend her. should I ever need assistance again she will definitely be the one I call.

Law Office of Camellia Safi is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! If you are going to court then Camellia is the person that you want in your corner. Her work on my case was A+ the entire time, which was about 9 months. From the moment we had our first conversation about my case I knew that I was in good hands. She wanted to know every detail about my situation, she was very attentive, open minded and upfront with me about everything- an open book. With Camellia I could ask her anything, email her about any situation or even call, she was there for me the entire 9 Months.
