I spoke to Ms. Lipp on the phone today for a call that was scheduled for 30 minutes, she took over an hour to discuss what options are available to me. She was kind, direct, and compassionate. While ultimately my case was not one that made sense for her firm, she was able to offer me multiple referrals for other firms that might be a better fit. While I genuinely hope not to need her services in the future, she will absolutely be my first call going forward.

Ms. Bittel's continued practice of law should be subject to reconsideration. Her actions played a distressing role in leading my husband to his tragic demise, and subsequently, she actively engaged in efforts to disrupt and harm my own life. Witnessing her capacity for dishonesty during interactions with the judge was profoundly surprising. With several years of legal experience, she has established numerous affiliations with judges, which she appears to exploit to maliciously impact individuals' lives, turning routine divorces into intense conflicts. Moreover, she encourages her clients, who may already be in vulnerable positions, to resort to aggressive and destructive tactics.

I can confidently and fully endorse the knowledge and capabilities of Steven Krieger, and his associates, in particular Elena Iuga, Esq. I retained Steven as counsel after experiencing a sudden, unexpected, stressful and complex custody battle that included an interstate kidnapping, false allegations of criminal charges, and multiple jurisdictions. On top of that, opposing counsel was vile and seemingly capable of getting away with anything with the court. Stephen and his team, particularly Elena, worked closely with me to face these challenges head on, forcing opposing counsel to comply with court orders and releasing information they were deliberately withholding to the detriment of my child. Ultimately, the jurisdiction of the case was transferred to another state. But significant progress was made and momentum shifted, placing me in a much more advantageous position in arguing for the best interest of my child, and to prevent my daughter from growing up without her father. Our daughter recently purchased a used car from a less than ethical dealer which masked structural and safety issues that only became known upon the procurement of insurance.
