Sam handled an estate case in for me. I found him to be very professional with a understanding of the bottom line. He considers your finances and doesn't drag the case, instead he pushes to get it done in a timely manner. I recommend Sam to anyone who is looking for an honest, knowledgeable and professional lawyer.

My wife and I hired Mr. Scholar with the intent of estate planning purposes (creating our will). Mr. Scholar charges an initial up front fee of $300, then an additional $300 once the will is complete. The process went relatively smooth until the day we were supposed to stop in to sign the will (made an appointment for 9:30am on August 06, 2021). Prior to the appointment I notified Mr. Scholar that my wife was very pregnant, but we wanted to get this done so we proceeded forward. On the day of the appointment my wife and I had meetings and the appointment ultimately slipped our minds, 100% our fault. Mr. Scholar called me at 9:39am and I immediately offered my sincere apologies, asked if we could stop by at his convenience, and offered to jump in our vehicle immediately and be at his office ASAP (roughly 5 minute away from our house), which would have resulted in roughly a 15 minutes delayed time from our initial appointment, all to which he stated would not work and proceeded to inform me how he had changed his out of town plans for us to sign the will, and was at a "loss for words" (paraphrasing). I once again offered my sincere apologies, and he continued to speak demeaning and ended the call with a very sarcastic "I'm sorry as well" (referencing us making the appointment) before hanging up on me. I do not believe anyone (especially a customer) should be spoken to like this, and am appalled that a professional (let along someone with a law degree) would do so. My wife and I will be losing out on the initial $300, and moving our business elsewhere for estate planning. This is just our experience, but will definitely not utilize Mr. Scholar's services again nor recommend him to any of our contacts.

Brian Casson is the BEST attorney! The first time I applied for citizenship, it was denied. For the second time I hired Brian and it was the best decision I made. He was great to work with, transparent, honest, and knowledgeable. Because of his hard work my citizenship was approved. I cannot thank him enough!

Hello my name Uriel (permanent resident) . I spent 11 months in farmville Detencion center and I would probably still be there if it wasn’t for Brian Cason. I can’t thank him enough for taking my case after so many attorneys had turned me down giving me zero hopes and to be honest I had one foot in MĂ©xico already since I was facing deportation. I had tried two different lawyers already and ended up loosing money and getting false hopes and more time detained.until miraculously someone gave me brains number and set an appointment over the phone I swear to God the was the best $250 I spent on a phone call. Brian did everything on his hands to win my case and never gave up on me, my case wasn’t easy but his knowledge and efforts stood against all the Difficulties. I could keep going on, on how thankful I am and how wonderful this lawyer is but some people don’t read a lot 😬. Brian is the best attorney I ever had and ever known I 100% recommend him

I would not recommend this lawyer. It seems to have been a waste of our time and money. We went to an appointment a few weeks back for which I called in advance providing details of the two legal queries I had. I had to pay in advance. The day of the appointment we waited for 20 minutes even though the office was empty. After I asked the assistant whether we were going to wait much longer she went ahead and let us into the lawyer's office. The first thing he said, as a sort of an apology for making us wait, was that he was checking online to seek answers to my questions as he usually doesn’t deal with my type of visa (?). I couldn’t help but wonder why wouldn’t a lawyer come prepared to a meeting to absolve the two questions that were asked weeks ago. As he was saying this he kept looking at his screen for information until he finally answered “I ‘think’ you can do what you are asking”. Is that how lawyers issue their legal advice to clients? As to the second question, he right off the bat told me that I should ask a tax attorney because he has no expertise on that topic. So he charged me $200 to tell me that ‘he thinks’ that I should be good to go on the first matter and that I should consult somebody else for the other half of my queries?! I decided to spend the rest of the meeting asking him generalities about migration issues that I already knew from Google. It was that or I would have cut the meeting to 10 minutes. What appalled me even more is that a couple of things he mentioned that were wrong. The first one I knew he was wrong about due to a previous Google search I did myself (although after I told him that I thought he was wrong he candidly said ‘I could look into this if you want’). The second thing I realized after the meeting, once I read the instruction document for one of the forms I am supposed to submit - he informed us of the attorney’s fees he charges of a naturalization process, after which he mentioned that if I needed to submit an additional form to prove my financial status I would need to pay him additional fees. I asked him what where the conditions established in the law for people to be required to do this and he said that ‘it is case by case’. However, when I read the instructions document the day after, it was expressly mentioned that my visa category did not need to submit this additional information (!) His lack of preparation and knowledge of the legal issues asked was disturbing.
