Johnathan David is an excellent attorney he has put a lot of work into my husband's defense Robert Coolbaugh I'm hoping he will be home soon as per our conversation with Mr David. I make a payment every time I get paid he is wonderful for allowing me to make payments. I would highly recommend Johnathan David as a trial lawyer. Sincerely Christene Coolbaugh

We contacted Mr. David with an urgent family issue that had previously started in a failed state. Although we contacted him after noon, he took action immediately and was able to schedule a hearing the following morning (even the judge was surprised to see us back in court within 24hrs). Mr. David was able to reach a successful resolution that morning and alleviated a significant amount of family stress for our family of 5. For the follow-on case, Mr. David’s team coordinated with us along the way and he was also able to reach a successful resolution for that case in spite of the poor odds.

Great to work with, helped me avoid something that was serious and got my charges dropped highly recommend. Will hire again if needed and will suggest to others.

Spoke with him for 7 minutes as he was driving to his home in Richmond. I attempted to tell him what fabricated lies, and trumped up charges I was fighting and he stated he was going to call my court appointed attorney, James Illijvitz(who never returned calls) to ask for details and hung up. I hadn’t even terminated Mr. Illijvitz Yet. He called me back in 45 minutes, stated “you’re case requires alot of work, and I would charge 17k, I don’t have the time ….Blah,..Blah, Blah….Extremely arrogant, and entitled behavior. 4 days later I’m opening a letter from Stafford County Circuit Court and addressed as “pro~se” as Mr. Illijvitz has removed himself as counsel based on the phone call Mr. David made. Hilarious!!! As I’ve retained a Trial Attorney for 7k. A jury trial, which Stafford County was attempting to avoid. Good Luck everyone, & the best of luck has me telling you to avoid this attorney all together!

Jonathon is lazy, expensive and didn't do his job defending me! Do not hire him. He is a complete waste of time! Didn't do any research, kept asking me same questions that didn't make sense after I tell him that's not it and correct him, (was I bailed out, no I was the one that called the cops!) he'd call week later asking the same questions. IF YOU WANT TO PAY FOR A LAZY ATTORNEY THAT SETS YOU UP FOR FAILURE GO TO DAVIS AND ALSO PAY THE CONSEQUENCES WHEN YOU'RE INNOCENT HIRE JONATHON DAVID OTHERWISE GO TO LOWERY JR! HE WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! There is a review on here by last name elisha. I would say her conclusion on this attorney was correct. He has attitude and shows little interest after I paid him. Ps, Super weird. Office doors always locked and even when you have an appointment they don't answer happened to me once. Very odd and uncomfortable feeling not welcoming at all!

Couldn't even get passed the receptionist. Called for a consultation, which to me, is where you ask questions about your case, determine if the attorney is receptive and helpful, then get a quote for services. If you talk to the attorney during a consultation and they have an attitude, aren't helpful, judge/condemn, etc. Then no, I'm not hiring you. Don't care if you charge $5. The consultation is just as much about the attorney gathering information to see if this is a viable case as it is for me to see if they're a viable attorney. It's discovery. And if you offer free consultations then that discovery is free. She made it clear that my questions for the attorney were not valid and he wasn't going to answer them. Ummm, how do you know that? Maybe she should go take the bar exam then. She said he wasn't going to give any advice. Cool, i wasn't asking for any. Nothing about my questions suggested i wanted to be instructed on what to, guided, nothing. She said the consultation is just for the attorney to gather info on my case. That's the first time I've heard that. I've never not been able to ask questions during a consultation. If a question is inappropriate, they'll tell me. She questioned whether or not I was even looking for an attorney. ... Yes, i called an attorney because i wasn't looking for one? Hung up on her. How many others has she turned away because she knows better than her boss? Wonder if that firm knows? Is it that the phone rings all the time but only so many clients come in. Check your receptionist.

Jonathan David really did an amazing job representing me for both of my charges that happened within a few months of each other and was open to any questions or concerns I had, made sure he always discussed with me what was going on and what I was committing to, overall I would highly recommend him to anyone who wants to know what they are getting into and not really sure where to start or how to go about it, he made the process very smooth! I go back to court in April to get a felony dropped. Can't thank him enough for how he helped me!

Mr with the best lawyer the best person who cared about was going on with my case I tried many lawyers he was the best that I've ever experienced with Jonathan s David from Fredericksburg he helped me and my family and I'm so grateful and thankful that my wife directed me to go to see Jonathan David what advice great what care great I really so grateful that the words can express how grateful I am for with that man has done with his office and his experience in my case I was so worried that it put me in the hospital that made me sick which I'm still recovering from to this very day and I'm so grateful for Jonathan s David is nothing I can say except for thank God that my wife directing me to go see Mr David I recommend him to anybody who ever ever need a lawyer to go see Jonathan David
