I was very pleased with my attorney Ms.Stubbs and the way my case was handled in a timely matter and most importantly I was granted primary custody of my son, I really couldn't have asked for a better outcome.They are very professional and I would recommend them to anyone that's wants the best representation

Livesay & Myers helped me with two matters regarding custody, and moving my case to Virgina from Maryland. They were able to give me very helpful advise on how best to protect my daughter during a difficult situation. Later, after my ex-husband's death they also helped me change my daughter's legal name to honor the father who raised her and her biological father. Both processes were handled efficiently, and promptly. The fees were very clearly laid out from the start, with no extra surprises for me. The attorney who helped me, Danielle Sneed was compassionate, kind, and understanding. I felt from our very first meeting that she cared about my daughter and her well being first and foremost. Any time I emailed with a question, it was answered promptly and thoroughly by Ms. Sneed, and her paralegal Ashley Constant. When I was living in Maryland and first going through the process of a divorce, and later custody modifications, I never felt that the two attorneys I had then actually cared. They were abrasive and distant. Because of those experiences in the past, it's very easy for me to say without a single doubt that Livesay & Myers is a step above the rest, and if you use them you will be in very good hands.

When you hire a professional firm to represent you; you expect professional level service. When you hire Livesay&Myers you get so much more. Caitlyn Stubbs and her staff were beyond professional. They took time to understand the issue...they clearly looked after my interests and time...they introduced a successful approach...and brought the matter to closure quickly. Communications were timely and often enough without being overwhelming. Caitlyn was very conscience of the costs and did everything possible to keep the fees under control. When I need a law firm in the future I certainly hope that Caitlyn and her staff are available.
