I retained Danielle Snead as my attorney in a custody case. She was professional, attentive, and the best experience I have ever had with a lawyer. She was very thorough, addressed all my concerns, and got me the result I wanted. If I ever have need a family lawyer again, Ms. Snead will be the first person I call. It should also be noted that both her and Ashley Constant got back to me in a timely fashion for all my emailed questions and Ms. Constant kept me constantly up to date on my account. Ghislaine Storr-Burks is a great defense lawyer! I wouldn't want any other criminal lawyer to represent me or my family in the future. I was charged with several felonies in Stafford County. Ghislaine was always available and very understanding of our unique situation and took the time to explain every charge in detail. I hired Ghislaine when my husband was charged with several criminal charges. It was a very stressful time and a life altering event. Ghilslaine was informative and very honest. She explained every charge and why he was charged plus the impact it could have in our lives if he was convicted. She worked tirelessly on his case and was an exceptional attorney. Stephanie Sauer and Heather O'Brien did a wonderful job helping me adopt my son. They told me what to expect in the beginning, how the process would go and told me how much to expect to pay which was relatively close within a few hundred dollars. They were very personable and returned emails promptly. Stephanie and Heather went out of their way to help me be able to get back home after the ICPC wait despite it being a holiday weekend for which I was extremely grateful. I would definitely suggest them for any adoption.

Peace of mind in Custody Case. Transferred a custody case from Maryland to Virginia because we moved in the years since the original case. When I met with Ms. Woods for the initial consult, she laid out all the steps and what we would need to do to amend the order. Working with her and her assistant, Ms. Constant, was reassuring. I had no worries and the case was resolved very efficiently. I now have peace of mind knowing my son's best interests are protected. I am extremely pleased with the care and service received from these two women.

In general, the job was done and in a reasonable time frame. However, there were several occasions where I found errors in some of the simplest details of my prepared paperwork. I felt that I may have spent more money than I should have by having the staff correct what appeared to be negligent errors.
