We moved from out of state and Abigail went above and beyond through the entire process. From finding homes in the area we wanted to live, virtual showings, connecting us with a loan company, ensuring all the inspections and repairs were addressed, negotiating price to connecting us with contractors for projects we want to complete on the property. It was truly like we were in person with her the entire time. Further, when we arrived at the home after 3 days on the road driving across country, Abigail was there waiting for us in a snowstorm with our keys and a welcome basket that included essentials for us and our dogs. Abigail has our highest recommendation!

My family moved to Virginia this summer including 4 teenagers which proved extra challenging largely because of the housing market and issues we had with selling our prior house. Abigail worked tirelessly to find us a house we would all like. Within several showings, she had a very good idea of what appealed to each of us which is very challenging as we have problems agreeing on restaurants and showed Abigail’s excellent attention to detail. This was further evident in her ability to select houses that appealed to all of us with an excellent outcome. She was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the process and kept close attention to the multitude of issues involved with purchasing a house. Once we found our new home with all being happy, there was work that needed done by the seller and Abigail was critical in overseeing things getting done so we could close quickly. This is my 6th house purchase, and I can say without reservation that Abigail was the best Real Estate agent I have worked with. When I met Abigail and her team at a Wedding Expo last summer, I was very lost and confused with the Home-Buying experience. Her, Pat, and Larry were all very patient, attentive, and supportive. We had a dream to purchase my grandmother's home that unfortunately had liens on it and was in the foreclosure process. It was a very long, emotional, and draining process but Abigail held my hand the entire time. Took my late night worried calls, made me feel confident in answering my questions, came over during renovations, stayed at our house during appraisals while I was at work, and so so much more behind the scenes. There were tons of “bad news calls”, “plan B talks”, and countless times when Abigail just sat on the phone with me to rebuild my hopes and keep us fighting. We had a few Loan Officers and Relators before talk with us and heard our situation and either ignored us or quickly told us that our goals were not possible but then we found Abigail. She never made us feel like an inconvenience, or like our goals were unrealistic. I’m very proud to say that after 6+ months of consistent work from all of us, my fiancé and I closed on my grandmother's home last week.
