As a lawyer I am always referring clients to other lawyers outside of my particular expertise. When I get a request for a bankruptcy lawyer I always send the person David Spiro.

This WAS a good review, until we discovered an issue with a missing air conditioning condenser. How do you miss that on a house inspection? Plus, we just found out that you can fit your fist through the shingles where there is a transition from the main roof to the dining room addition, plus soft spots where the roof is rotted. We had a major water leak into the house and the insurance company found it. How do you miss that on a home inspection? But, they had made their money, so we didn’t matter anymore. And that’s the gist of it. Don’t use this company, they just don’t care! And my best advice, hire your own home inspector, do not use your realtor’s buddy, they are getting a kick back somewhere! Look at their reviews and hire someone who will protect your interests, not the interests of the realtor!

Daniel went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure the sale of two of my investment properties. The first, Daniel had an offer with an 8 hours of it going live on the MLS. The property closed within 4 weeks over the asking price. Excellent job! The second property was not so easy. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and attentive throughout the entire process. The first time we had just moved to VA and knew nothing, but she helped us find just the right place for us. This time we needed to sell out current place and needed to find something bigger for our growing family and she still helped us sell and find just the right place for us. We ended up buying a condo in the Church Hill section of Richmond, that we are very happy with.
