I made direct contact with Pat Hogan, with NextHome Advantage, to see a property she listed. I made an offer on the property and Pat ended up acting as a dual agent, representing both the seller and me. I found Pat to be very professional, honest, considerate, responsive and transparent in her responsibilities to both parties - balancing both our interests. Pat was communicative and supportive throughout the process, and very patient with questions. She made the transaction go very smoothly.

Pat Hogan, with NextHome Advantage, did a wonderful job for us. Our townhouse sold in 2 days and our house sold in 5 days and both were listed at the same time! She’s an excellent communicator and stays in touch every step of the way through phone calls, texts and emails. She went above and beyond and listed our furniture for sale on Craigslist and took care of any communications involving the listing. We have another property to sell in the Spring and will definitely use Pat for that as well.
