Hired Mr. Kuligowski for my boyfriend who received a reckless speeding ticket when visiting VA. We realized what this ticket really was a became upset because it’s sad that you can go to jail for speeding. We called all around looking for a VA lawyer & found Monte. He answered on a Sunday, we were thankful. After thinking long a hard we hired him. At that point we were nervous because we don’t live in VA and wasn’t sure if he would care. Was charged for going 86 in a 55 and it was going to be charged as a criminal case, but Kuligowski got the charge to be lowered to a standard speeding ticket! He was also very understanding when we were financially struggling and chose to still work with us.

Monte and his team made the entire process so easy. They laid out everything step by step in what I needed to do. He did his homework on my record and when the court date came I didn't have to say anything and he honestly hit it out of the park. Not only did the judge wave my speeding ticket because my speedometer was off, she decreased my offense to a non-moving traffic violation. I walked away with only defective vehicle fees and court fees - nothing on my driving record, and a much smaller consequence than if I had tried to go into that court room alone, left to my own devices and advocating for myself.
