I just had a poor experience right from the start. I setup a consolation to get a SA made less ambiguous. The lawyer came to the consolation without having read the SA. He was quickly trying to read/review it during the meeting, which I had to pay for. They seemed very pushy to get me to sign their contract so that they could start charging me. Once it was determined my case could not be acted on immediately they stopped responding. To be clear, this was one consolation after which I sent one email with additional information and a few follow up questions. Their responses were rushed, short answers. I could see he was answering as he read, and as soon as he read the information I provided, the answer was they could not act on my case immediately. The email ended without finishing answering my questions, and there's been no further contact.
