I had one of the worst possible cases getting a ticket for doing 90 in a 65.... granted this was my first ticket, and in the state of Virginia I had no knowledge that they charge you with reckless driving by speed. With this being my first and only ticket, you can imagine how worried I was to possibly having a criminal charge. That would not only affect my clean record and insurance rates, but affect my job in the us military as well. The Jackson Law Group gave me reassurance and hope that we could get that fixed. Thomas M. Jackson III, represented me very well and took care of business. He was really responsive and the best part of all is his rates weren’t through the roof. Ultimately he helped me take that serious charge and get the best possible outcome you could hope for, “defective equipment”. Mr. Jackson took my case and knew right away the circumstances for the summons. The fee for representation was very reasonable. The agreement / penalty that he argued the charge down to was significantly less than what I had been looking at. I feel like I saved a lot of money as a direct result of choosing The Jackson Law Group. Furthermore, my day in court was pushed back and communication was immediate and clear. While I felt like it wouldn't be a burden to call or email with questions, I didn't need to because they were proactive in answering any concern I had.
