Tom Jackson was made aware of my speeding ticket by the state of VA & offered his services. In a very professional manner, he outlined the options. His solution was brilliant & I was able to pay the fines, yet with no driving record blemish - meaning no increase in insurance nor any points. One call, a reasonable fee for his services & solid followup. Highly recommend the firm. (and I will never go over 65 in VA again.)

I had a speeding ticket of 78 mph in a 65 mph zone. I'm not from the area, so I called around to various lawyers in the area. I honestly had not seen anything about the Jackson Law Group online until one law firm I was intent on hiring referred me to them (as they were busy the day of my case hearing). I immediately called, and they had the best rate and a straightforward plan of action. Other lawyers had suggested I take a driving course and pay court fees and pay to acquire my driving record, but Mr. Jackson III did not think that was all necessary and suggested defective equipment as our route. He was kind enough to answer any questions that I had and even spoke to me a couple times before I eventually chose him to represent me. I immediately heard back from him once my case was concluded via mail and email. I was pleased with the outcome; he achieved what he had told me beforehand (the defective equipment reduced charge). I am glad to have had a reliable firm represent me in court as I could not be present due to work. He saved me a ton of money with his low fees and reduced charges that kept my driving record free of points and my insurance from increasing. I definitely recommend him to anyone with a speeding ticket in Carroll County.

I only give one star because I couldn not give NO stars! This is the worst attorneys office ( Tom Jackson ) we have ever work with a settlement of a house! Unbelievable! We didn’t have a choice we were the sellers but save yourself a huge headache find a better attorney in the Galax / Hillsville area!

I contacted Mr. Jackson and his office was very friendly and courteous. The process was smooth and he was able to get my ticket reduced to Improper Equipment. His charge is very reasonable.
