I got my first serious speeding ticket... a reckless for doing 83 in a 55. I wasn't familiar with VA and didn't know the seriousness of the situation so with the recommendation of a friend I hired Ben Mann and his firm to represent me. The court date was today and to my relief I received a phone call from Ben Mann advising me my ticket was reduced to failure to obey a hwy traffic sign. Wow. Thank you to Ben Mann and his firm. My son and I were passing through Virginia. My son, with my agreement moved into the left lane to pass a swaying truck carrying cars. Cop was there, he got pulled over & to our horror it was a summons, not a speeding ticket. We needed a lawyer, so I looked online and filled out many forms.
