Excellent attorney. Solved my traffic case.

Attorney Caleb Kershner achieves results! He did a fantastic job on my criminal case. I would use him again without a second thought. The commonwealth took us to trial (they did not want to lessen the charge) and we won on a motion to strike. It was a team effort, I armed Caleb with a lot of mitigating facts surrounding the case. Do your homework, put in the time and provide Caleb with as much information as possible. As my fiancé said, "When the trial began he turned into a monster". Trust me you do NOT want to be on the prosecutions side when Caleb begins to question you. Thanks again Caleb - Great Job!

Caleb Kershner RULES!!! Period!!! I have learned Virginia is NO joke when it comes to speeding… and Caleb Kershner is NO joke when it comes to defending you! Shame on you if you use anyone else… I’m telling you… this guy rocks!

I reached out to Caleb Kershner's law office when I got a speeding ticket (a pretty bad one, too) in Virginia (where I do not live) on a provisional license (it's complicated). Let's just say that this was not my first run-in with the law. While I was terrified that this time might just be the kicker, Caleb and team came to my rescue. I had spoken to other lawyers in the area who told me I was out of luck, that there was no hope, that I had better save my money and bear the ticket. Caleb, on the other hand, listened to me, asked me questions, and said, "We can work with this. Here is what I want you to do." One nervous months later, I walked out of the courthouse WITHOUT a speeding violation on my record, and incredibly happy I chose the law offices of Caleb Kershner.
