My wife got a reckless driving ticket for hitting a parked car in Leesburg. I tried contacting several local lawyers, but it was hard getting a response during Thanksgiving week. Mr. Kershner was the only one who contacted me. He called me on the Saturday after Thanksgiving from his in-laws' house, and was ready to go to court for us the following Monday. He handled everything for us, getting the charge reduced to a defective equipment charge. His rate was very reasonable compared to what we could have been paying out in fines. We were very happy with Mr. Kershner and would highly recommend him to anyone who is charged in Leesburg!

I was doing some research online, and ran across Ben’s website and decided to give it a try. I was impressed that the initial consultation was a free consultation. Also, the information displayed on the website was very accurate. After the initial consultation, Ben gave me a call within 15 minutes and we were able to discuss my case. Ben was extremely responsive; he answered my phone calls and would call me back if I left him a message. Before my court date, Ben was very prompt with communicating everything with me, which increased my faith in his services. The day of my court date, I was very pleased with the outcome. I already knew what was going to happen when we went in front of the judge. I would definitely recommend him to any of my family or friends who have this similar type of situation.
