When I received my first reckless driving ticket, I did hours of research and spoke with 13-15 attorneys before deciding to go with Ben. He was very confident and assured me that he would be able to reduce my fine to a simple traffic infraction since there was nothing egregious with my case. Additionally, I appreciate how he was willing to charge a reasonable flat fee that was within my budget. He made the entire process very simple -- all I had to do was sign the agreement and wait for his call on my court date (he informed me that I did not need to be present in court).
