I got a reckless driving ticket two months ago in December. When I found out reckless driving is a crime according to Virginia law, I got nervous and started to look for an attorney. I was lucky to find Attorney William B. Mann to represent me in Loudoun County General District court. My court date was today at 1:30pm and I got a call from Mr. Mann at 1:50pm. He told me the good news that my reckless driving charge has been reduced to a non-speeding traffic violation charge which doesn't have effect on my driving record. Mr. William Mann represented me in court - for a speeding ticket (AKA reckless driving - as I was way above the speed limit). He also represented my husband around the same time for a reckless driving ticket, that he got on 66E by following other drivers that entered the Express lane over the division, not the designated entrance ( there was a huge traffic jam and these drivers wanted to get to work, not knowing that this act would render a reckless driving ticket- which is a misdemeanor and you can get jail time for). My husband's case was tough since he had a few speed tickets, and the officer was super mad, but Mr. William Mann didn't give up and fought for him. The charges were dropped to improper driving, and no jail, thanks to this good lawyer. My case, because this was the first ticket in 12 years, and Mr. William Mann represented advised me well and represented me in court, my charges were dropped to a much lesser infraction. I would recommend Mr. William Mann's services to anyone in need. His price was very good and he did a great job, specially when things got tough with the difficult officer, Mr. William Mann didn't let us down and got the best case scenario for both my husband and I.
