Got the results I wanted. I have no prior experience with hiring a lawyer for a court case.

Mary is incredibly talented, thoughtful, tough, and intelligent in many ways. She took full control of my case, with the hopes of getting my charge dropped- and she did just that! I would like to start off this review by simply saying “Thank you”. In February 2020 I was charged with a 2nd DUI within 5 years along with driving on a suspended license. My life came crashing down on me as just one month prior to this incident I had started my new career. I knew that if I was convicted of these offenses I would lose everything that I have worked so hard for and my life would be in turmoil. After extensive research I decided to contact Mary Nerino who is a lawyer at Price Benowitz. After speaking with Mary on the phone she made feel optimistic about my case and had advised me that our best chance at a favorable outcome would be to take this case to trial. After several of our court dates had been pushed back due to COVID-19 we finally went to court in January 2021, almost a full year after the incident. I arrived at the court house 30 mins prior to my scheduled hearing and met with Mary. We spoke about all the possible outcomes and she advised me to not take a plea offer since I was not guilty and instead to take it to trial. I was nervous but at the same time I was at ease because I knew Mary would do everything in her power to get me the best result possible. Well, she went well above any expectations I could of ever had. Due to her expertise in dealing with these cases she was able to get BOTH of my cases DISMISSED! I couldn’t believe it. I am writing this review a day after my court date and I am still in awe. This past year has been incredibly stressful and I now have a huge weight that has been lifted off of my shoulders. It is not easy to get DUI’s dropped, certainly not a second one with the specific details revolving around my case. Watching her work in the court room and pick apart at holes in the prosecutions testimonies was a thing of art to say the least. If you are in trouble and need counsel I would highly recommend Mary Nerino to represent you. She is relentless! Thank you!

Kerri was exceptionally articulate and clear about a complicated issue. It was a great introduction to the process of establishing a will and a trust.

Ms. Nerino is very professional, she takes good care of her clients by active communication and analysis all possible outcomes as well as providing suggestions in order to achieving the best possible result for your case. In my case, it was a RD and she ended up dismissing my case.

I recently saw Mary in action and was blown away by her skills as a lawyer. The court she was in no longer has prosecutors so was forced to go to trial and had complete control. She was up against a difficult case and got the best possible outcome based solely on her defense strategy. I would absolutely recommend her services.

She was extremely professional as you might expect from a person in her Position although her feedback on my Inquiry was very thorough and I felt thought out well If she had indicated she thought I had a case I would have hired her right on the spot
