He appeared for me in the Loudoun County J&DR Court. After some discussion about my case and the surrounding circumstances, he was able to successfully argue against prosecuting my case, and he was able to convince the prosecutor to drop the charges so that my case was DISMISSED.
There was no criminal conviction, no jail time, probation, or any other requirement associated with my case. I did not need to pay any court costs, and I'm eligible to have the charges expunged.
