Great experience with Vesta Settlements, very friendly and responsive team. They are very good at their jobs and my settlement processor, Meghan, communicated status updates to me throughout the entire process and answered all my questions in a timely fashion. Closing agent, Lauren, took her time and explained to me all closing documents. Definitely recommend Vesta Settlements.

We had such a positive experience closing with Vesta Settlements. The office itself was inviting and comfortable and the staff was so friendly. The signing process was extremely thorough- we were explained every detail and all of our questions were answered. Nothing was rushed and we were treated like VIP guests!

My brokerage will bring professionals to our office for CE credit training, and Keith Barrett of Vesta has come on several occasions to teach us about various aspects of real estate transactions that pertain to our real world experiences as agents. (Often, many of the required 15 hours of CE we must complete to renew our licenses don’t actually help us in our day-to-day dealings with clients.) Most recently, Keith taught us about Death, Divorce, and Bankruptcy in Real Estate. Now THIS is something every agent has dealt or will deal with in their careers! I feel even more confident, comfortable, and knowledgeable when navigating these often complicated and emotional times for clients, as I can help my clients know exactly what they need to move forward in their real estate transactions when these situations are involved.
