Mr. Anthony Shin helped me with my legal suit and I found that he is knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. Everything Mr. Shin advised me was spot on, and he made the entire legal process easy to understand. I'm grateful for his counsel and his ability to put my mind at ease during a really stressful time.

As an attorney who has met and interacted with many other attorneys, I can say that Anthony has more integrity than any other I've ever encountered. I found him to assist my fiance with a child custody issue, and he basically saved us - or rather, saved a teenager from having to return to an abusive situation, always providing us with the best legal advice versus what would make him the most money. Anthony not only saved my fiance's son from having to go back into an abusive situation, but he also saved us a lot of money: Even before he is officially hired or paid, he provides you with dedicated, strategic legal advice. In our case, his advice essentially allowed us to avoid spending any money whatsoever. I can truly say that you will never find another attorney quite like this. I would give him a thousand stars if I could.

After hiring two previous civil/divorce attorneys over a period of 6 months and not being satisfied, I was referred to Anthony Shin by a friend.  After a couple of phone interviews, I knew Anthony was different.  He really dug into my situation trying to get a good understanding of the details - this was before he was even hired.  After hiring him, because he does not bill for brief phone calls and emails, I did not feel rushed in my conversations with him (my two previous attorneys would bill by the minute - and often spend numerous minutes telling me of their childhood or family or previous cases, and charging me for it).  I also found Anthony was agreeable to me doing some of the leg work myself, saving me more money, while both previous attorneys were more insistent on handling everything, which is very inefficient, especially if they don't employ a paralegal. In the courtroom Anthony was very effective.  On one occasion, even though our opponent completely reneged in the courtroom on an agreement our two parties made immediately before the hearing, he was able to maintain composure (while I was furious) and pick apart my opponents strongest part of their case.  He prepared well, was confident, thought and spoke with strategic intention, and spoke clearly and succinctly.  On another occasion he did an excellent job, citing case law and presenting a wonderful, logical, reasonable argument - In great contrast to the opposing counsel's argument, which was composed of one large outright lie, and was quite disjointed. Also, Anthony was very forthcoming with letting me know what motions and actions, and counter motions and actions, were important and which were not.  My previous attorneys thought everything was important, and were quick to write somewhat argumentative emails, which I later deduced were being done solely for the purpose of stoking the fire, to keep emotions, and associated emails/threats going, which in turn resulted in nothing constructive, and only drove up my fees.  Anthony does not play that game.  I highly recommend Mr. Shin!

I rarely write reviews but I really wanted everyone to know what a great attorney Anthony Shin is. He was able to give me sound advice for a consultation that I had requested. He seems to be a very fair and honest attorney. I would highly recommend him.

I have dealt with many attorneys over the years during my career. Not all are created equally. In my interactions with Anthony during a recent family matter, he not only proved he cares, but is an excellent trial lawyer. He listens and communicates frequently. We always knew where we stood and the possible outcomes. I would definitely retain his services again if the need arose, and highly recommend him to fight for you.

First of all I am not the type who puts reviews on services or products. But Mr. Shin's services compelled me to note this for every ones benefit. Especially people like me who have no prior back ground with legal matters. My legal matter ran into rough waters in lower court and I was searching for an experience lawyer to represent me with the appeal process and fight the case in a higher court. Anthony was very patient , even went out of the way to consult with another lawyer (this specific view point is not criminal) to make sure all legal angles are covered. We agreed upon a fixed fee. My legal issue span over an year with hearings and trial and so forth. End of the day the case was dismissed. Anthony really made it happen. Honestly he is different from the others (my own lawyer in the lower court is a good example for me). Anthony fights for you. Fights for your rights. Make sure you get the best end of the deal. Very highly recommend.

Anthony is definitely a great attorney. Very down-to-Earth and made me feel very comfortable navigating what was a pretty legally awkward situation. He got a case that should have never been brought against me thrown out. If you find yourself in a similar situation, Anthony should be your #1 choice.
