I was INCREDIBLY lucky to get Mr. Soldan's representation for some charges I had faced. The thing I respected the most about Mr. Soldan is he actually listened to what I had to say. He listened to me about how we should move forward, and implemented the action (or educated me on why that approach might not work, or might have some unintended consequences) but he never went against my wishes once. The outcome of the case turned out to be, literally, the best POSSIBLE outcome I could have received. I was extremely happy with his representation, and would hire him again in a heartbeat to represent me on any case. He is extremely professional, doesn't BS you, and is very communicative with me on updates to my case. He answered every question I sent him over email, and usually pretty quickly as well. Thomas Soldan is the top dog attorney in Loudoun County! From day 1 he assured me things would be okay from the jump. I was facing a domestic violence charge assault & battery (Class 1 misdemeanor). Thomas assured me if the prosecutor didn't go in our favor, we would take it to trial. We go to trial and the clown ass prosecutor blabbers on and on about different cases trying to convince the judge i'm some bad person... Thomas made the prosecutor look like the mumbling idiot he was. NOT GUILTY!! Thomas's experience and professionalism definitely displays when it comes to BIG moments! Appreciate everything G!

Pulled over for 87 on 75 and was charged with a Reckless Driving in Warrenton, VA. Mr Soldan worked out a deal with the prosecutor and dropped the charges to speeding. On top of that I didn't even have to appear in Court!!! Best lawyer I have ever hired!!!

Worth EVERY Penny!!!. Came down from New York for a Funeral and on the way back the next I got pulled over and found myself in a wreckless driving ticket scenario. Thomas assured me that he could represent me in court and that i didnt have to drive all the way back down for court. And he got my ticket reduced to a simple speeding ticket , what a relief, Va has some insane laws, I'd recommend driving very carefully in Va because they will lock you up for a driving offense. I am very Grateful for Thomas.

Contacting Mr.Soldan after I received the reckless citation is the best decision I have made. He helped me through the process and prepared me with the options for my case. On the day of court hearing I had to travel for my work due to an emergency and he represented me at the court and and he got off my reckless to an improper driving with no fine at all.
