Outstanding legal representation, but more importantly, a patient and clear communicator to his clients. Took the time to explain to the entire family the impact and likely outcomes following the DUI arrest of a family member. Actively engaged with authorities to identify and pursue all defense options and gave us realistic choices. Stayed with us the entire way. The outcome was much more positive than we could have imagined. Highly recommend Thomas if you need a strong defense lawyer in Loudoun County.

Reckless Driving Charge
I made an illegal U-Turn at the Dulles Airport and the officer slapped my with a Reckless Driving Citation. Being a out-of-state driver I wasn’t sure where to turn. Out of blind luck I found Thomas Soldan. Due to his relationship with the prosecutors, he was able to reduce this charge to Failure to Obey a Highway sign.
