Cheryl is extremely unprofessional and waits to the last minute to review/work on your case. She went out of town for 10 days and never notified me so that I would know my timeline. She racks up her bill by doing rewrites/ reviews of the documents instead of having a simple meeting with the opposed team. Pads her bill by having conversations with her assistant daily, so you are billed twice for the same conversation. When I scheduled an appointment to discuss the bill, which took four (4) weeks, she did NOT have anything in front of her to justify her time. Her response to why I was upset is that I did not get what I wanted. I just wanted to pay for services that should have been provided and not perked around and overcharged by twice the amount than what I should have been billed I would NOT recommend her firm.

If you want your “lawyer” to not show up for your court date and send a replacement “lawyer” with absolutely no knowledge of your case. Then this is the “law firm” for you. If you want actual representation. Go somewhere else.

Our family faced an incredibly unique scenario that a required a detailed understanding of law - especially related to family law, child safety, and custody. The need for accuracy, managing a variety of competing priorities, handling of delicate details in a clear and firm way, and a lot of patiencewas required to successfully weather this storm. Elizabeth was the absolute perfect person for this role. She provided expertise, always a variety of options, and would remind us of the goal and of what we had asked of her at outset, even when it got hard to recall for ourselves. Her dedication to her clients and the children she represents (and ultimately protects) made working with her an honor and pleasure, despite the difficulty of the scenario.
