I was so fortunate to be referred to Ms. Vaughan by a friend in a time of need, when I had been doing laps around myself for days. To make a long story short, I was trying to open a protective order on behalf on my nephew against his mother who is losing a battle with substance abuse. I was so absolutely defeated after expending every resource to protect a child, and running into wall after wall with the juvenile system. After reaching out, Ms. Vaughan promptly contacted me, and after an hour phone meeting, I literally cried tears of joy because after 15 calls to child protective services, the juvenile intake system, and numerous other family law attorneys, I felt truly heard and had total faith in her that she could help. Ms. Vaughan sprung into action with professionalism, support, understanding, and met the legal system with a FORCE to be reckoned with. My nephew is now safe in my care, and I can truly say she has left an impact on both of our lives that I can never express enough gratitude for. If you need someone on your side, you need to seek her out to be your angel as well! She will have your back, and she is a BEAST at what she does! I can never thank you enough for your help!

Mr. Shin spent quite a bit of time discussing a resolution for a personal issue. He very clearly stated my options in understandable terms. I offered to pay him for his time but he steadfastly refused. I will most definitely go back to him if I have any further issues. I would recommend him without reservation.

I hired Jason Knoster when I had come to the point of needing a divorce. My divorce was a high conflict situation. Mr. Knoster always explained the process as well as potential expectations. Having someone truly help you navigate the legal system is key. He always was prepared for each court date and thoroughly knew my case and how he was going to proceed in court. He always presented well in court with detailed binders for trials and had good command of his court presence. One thing I always found admirable about Mr.Knoster was his knowledge of the legal code and when my ex- husbands lawyers would try to manipulate the law process he would always have the court make note of the various codes to redirect the court back to the truth and the legal process. However, the main reason why I would recommend Mr. Knoster is because of who he is as a person. Character matters; you find that out in divorce. Mr. Knoster was kind and patient with a client that would often cry. He was respectful to me as I stumbled through the most difficult time in my life. He worked hard for me and my kids because he knew how much it mattered. Mr. Knoster is a good person and a good lawyer…and I truly believe he is utilizing his gifts to help people. Divorce is ugly and hard…you need a lawyer that will walk with you and fight for you. I always tell people Mr.Knoster is one of my heros because he truly was integral in helping my kids and I be safe and able to move forward. Let him be yours too.
