Very friendly and great to have on your side

Lawyer and associates of the firm were knowledgable, prompt with correspondence, assisted me from start to finish, and were consistently helpful with each phase of the process to divorce. I am grateful for their help and expert guidance and would recommend their services to family, close friends, and strangers alike.

After reading several reviews here on Google I decided to call Livesay & Myers for help with a noncontested divorce. They offer a fair flat fee for a noncontested divorce which is a very nice option!! Actually, the whole process was less stressful than I imagined! I did however almost removed a star because I feel as though each time I asked for a timetable I was given the same answer no matter how much time had already passed! Which at the end of it all almost gave me a heart attack!! I think a print out with a timetable for each step might be a great way to avoid any confusion or miscommunication. But needless to say I went to the office 4 times and am now painlessly divorced! Thank you to Carolyn Eaton and her paralegal Bethny Scheuerman for flawless legal help! If I'm ever in need of legal counsel again I'll definitely come back!

I've called the Manassas location to schedule a consultation and receptionist had an attitude and some what rude. Obviously if you call for a consultation its because you have some questions that need to be answered. You don't call an attorney just because and pay "X" amount of money because you are bored you definitely call because you are going thorough a situation and needs to be handled by a lawyer.

I can't say enough about this firm. Attorney Ben Griffitts was suggested to me by another attorney and he surpassed my expectations. My case involved a traffic violation which could have been very costly. It was a reckless driving charge which was just as scary as it sounds. His paralegal, Hannah Hirsch, prepared me for the case and walked me through completing the necessary documents. She kept me apprised of the status and was a pleasure to work with. The case was ultimately dismissed. I would not hesitate to refer the firm to anyone. Every person I interacted with was kind, professional, and extremely competent. What more could ask for in a law firm? I would rate this firm 5+ in terms of stars and as the wife of an attorney, I am probably a pretty tough customer.

Looking for a lawyer to represent me in my divorce, I found one close to the courthouse. Started with Spencer Baumgartner and after a year with Spencer, who really tried very hard to move the divorce along, I was transferred to Ms. Carolyn Eaton when Spencer moved to another firm out of state.
