I was injured in the car accident and had to have a double-neck fusion as a result of the accident. In order to receive compensation to cover my medical expenses, which were significant, and due to having to deal with a total loss of my car and being out of work for about 5 weeks post-surgery I was forced to get a lawyer to represent my case. I was recommended to Jim Parrish and never regretted my decision once during the process. Jim was able to assist me with my case against her insurance company and we recently completed a settlement in my case and I am very satisfied with the results and to obtain a good level of closure for this accident that I did not cause. I would highly recommend the Parrish Law Firm if you have an injury from a car accident that you did not cause. Jim was very professional throughout my case and he kept me appraised of the status, my options and when decisions were required to bring my case to a conclusion.

In early 2013 I was unfairly and unjustly incarcerated for a false positive urine screen of LSD by Manassas Probation & Parole. I had been taking Fentanyl patches for an accident that had occurred the previous year which was causing the false drug screens. Nicole Naum not only handled my case but she also subpoenaed a professional toxicologist to testify on my behalf in turn getting the cases against me dismissed. Nicole went above and beyond the "call of duty" and displayed the type of loving care (when handling my case) that one would expect from a family member or close friend. She also helped me beat a DUI and got the charge dropped to a reckless driving. I would recommend her to anyone in the state of Virginia that needed legal representation. Her professionalism and understanding of the law is far superior to that of her peers (in my experience) and I would not trust another attorney with my freedom or my finances. Everyday I wake-up I am grateful for the remarkable work that she did and if it were not for her expertise and dedication I would most likely still be incarcerated to this day.

I reached out to Nicole Naum’s office and from the beginning I was re-assured at the attentiveness of the firm in addressing my concerns regarding my reckless driving ticket in Prince William County. I contacted several local attorney's in the Northern VA after my doctor was negligent in prescribing medication to me that I was allergic to. Since I was very fortunate and did not suffer extensive damage or injury, or even death from this malpractice incident, it caused me enough pain and suffering not to mention time lost from work and co-pays, that I felt like the doctor should be held accountable. All of the attorneys responded that they would. To take my case because it was not big enough. All I can say is when you are the one going through it is EVERYTHING and consumes you wanting to get justice.
