I was in need of help with a complicated and important prenuptial agreement when I contacted The Reeds. I had originally thought of writing the agreement myself, but deciding against that was the best decision I ever made. These guys pointed out quite a few major mistakes I would have made that could have endangered the property I wanted to protect. I can't say enough about the professionalism of this firm. I spoke with Nicole about my case, and she seemed very confident about my case. I decided to hire her almost immediately as she seemed to have a firm grasp of my charges and what could be done. I did a plethora of research before hiring her, and I found so much information about her practice online. I knew I was making a good decision hiring her. I was facing false charges in Prince William County, and I wanted to fight this all the way – to Trial. Nicole explained everything to a T. She clarified every step of the process, and even went ahead and explained everything to my dad. She was just very helpful. I was somewhat nervous before Trial, but I was really re-assured by how much work Nicole did on the case, and how she pinpointed the main arguments. Nicole was very calm in Court, she laid all the facts to the judge, and the prosecution didn’t agree with Nicole, but .. well Nicole knew exactly what she was doing and anything the Assistant Commonwealth Attorney said was well countered by Nicole. The Judge said that since Nicole went into such details, and that the officer could not respond adequately to the details, that I was NOT GUILTY. I was so happy and thankful! Nicole did everything she could to have my back and to prove I didn’t do anything wrong. Nicole was worth the investment in my future! Not everyone completely beats a DUI – but with Nicole I did.

In the beginning I searched around and read different websites about attorneys, and I read Nicole’s profile and her recent award for being a good attorney. I called and spoke to someone at her firm, and they put me in contact with Nicole within minutes. I was really shaken about my allegations, and when I spoke to Nicole and it felt like she understood. She gave me a lot of good advice, and really put me at ease about my situation. She connected well with me and personality, and she really figured out my situation fast. She seemed so genuine, and really cares about the story behind the situation. The human side. She was very calm and competent, which put me at ease. I took some time to think about it, and I wanted to make sure I picked the right one. I absolutely picked the right attorney. After hiring Nicole, her responses and communication level was very quick. She was available over phone, text and emails. There was even a time that I was really worried about the case, and I just needed to talk and she was there for me. The day before we went to court we decided to have a family meeting about everything and Nicole came down and talked to us in depth about what was going to happen the next day. That meeting really put my mind at ease. The next day court went wonderfully. Nicole took care of everything for us, and I can put this behind me. Nicole was a sound investment, and a smart thing to do.

Bad attorney jokes are abundant but Ms. Naum has restored my faith in great lawyers. First off, she listens, she really listens. I felt well taken care of from the first minute of our conversation. I was worried about my situation, but she was reassuring right from the start. I didn't get unrealistic "pie-in-the-sky" outcomes from Nicole, but an honest appraisal of what might happen to me and my case. This was honesty I felt I could believe. From what I could tell, she is well respected by colleagues, even prosecutors. As a result, I believe I was treated fairly in the "system". She worked hard for my case, spending more time than I thought I had a right to expect. And guess what; the outcome was more favorable than expected.
