I found this law firm through the Off The Record website. I was skeptical at first but it was my first time getting in trouble with law and gave it a try after being convinced with the overwhelming amount of great reviews. My attorney was Mark Bailey and he was absolutely amazing. Communication was great and told me everything I needed to do on my end in order to get the charges to lessen. I did everything I could do in my end and day of court, he explained everything in concise detail and what the defense was willing to do. Long story short, hearing had to be less than a minute and my initial charge was reduced to just a fine and secondary ticket completely thrown out. Can’t thank Mark and these guys here for making it such a simple process!

This review is extremely long overdue. Unfortunately due to multiple deaths in my family in the last few months to include my mother, I have decided to now get on track with things such as this. Although, I utilized Nicole Naum's professional services well over a year ago, I have tried putting together the words to describe her services. Without divulging the circumstances of my business/interaction with her, I would like to say that you WILL NOT AND CANNOT go wrong using her services, nor will you be disappointed. She is extremely passionate about what she does, her knowledge coupled with her compassion and keep it real attitude is who you need to represent you. I say this because I love her terms like "pie in the sky" which is the best outcome you can possibly think of having and what she'll try to get for you - HOWEVER, she is no holds barred compassionate when she needs to be and will ABSOLUTELY AND definitely keep it 100 with you and real and will definitely tell her clients if they messed up and how bad so that they understand the possible repercussions of their actions. She gives you all the possible outcome she can think of both bad and good. Here's the thing everyone who utilizes her services needs to understand as well. Please do not waste her time. She KNOWS EXACTLY What she's doing and only if you're serious about helping your case and situation and you're willing to do what you need to do on your part to help yourself, then contact her. She is no nonsense and you need to pull your part too and do what you have to do to help yourself.
